นโยบายการคืนสินค้า / Return Policy
สินค้าสามารถขอคืนหรือเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า เฉพาะกรณีสินค้าชำรุดหรือส่งผิดรายการเท่านั้น
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.

✅ สินค้าชำรุดจากการผลิต หรือเสียหายตั้งแต่ส่งออกจากโรงงาน
✅ Manufacturing defects or damage present upon arrival
✅ ส่งสินค้าผิดรายการหรือผิดรุ่นจากที่สั่งซื้อ
✅ Wrong item or wrong model shipped
❌ สินค้าที่ใช้งานแล้ว เปิดซีลแล้ว หรือเสียหายจากการใช้งาน
❌ Used, opened, or customer-damaged items
❌ เปลี่ยนใจ หรือสั่งซื้อผิดรุ่นด้วยตัวเอง
❌ Change of mind or incorrect model ordered by customer
ขั้นตอนการขอคืน / Return Process
1. ติดต่อเราภายใน 7 วัน พร้อมแจ้งเลขที่ออเดอร์และอธิบายปัญหา
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and issue description
2. ถ่ายรูปสินค้าและส่งให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบ
Send photos of the item for our team to review
3. เลือกวิธีการคืนสินค้า (ดูด้านล่าง) และแจ้งทีมงาน
Choose a return method (see below) and inform our team
4. รับสินค้าใหม่ทดแทน หรือคืนเงินตามที่ตกลงกัน
Receive a replacement or refund as agreed

นำสินค้าพร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมและใบเสร็จมายังร้านได้โดยตรง ในวันและเวลาทำการ
Bring the item in its original packaging along with your receipt to our store during business hours.
📦 คืนทางไปรษณีย์ / Return by Post
แพ็คสินค้าให้มิดชิดเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง แล้วส่งมาที่อยู่ด้านล่าง
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit and send to the address below.
